Personal Coaching Services

Haven’t swam since you were a kid? New to the growing sport of triathlon? PacWest is here to help. Though our Master’s swim program is an excellent way to improve your swimming, there is tremendous value to having a qualified coach work with you one-on-one to start and/or periodically during the training season.
For beginners, the coach will teach you the basics of swimming. Learn about general form and technique. You’ll be taught special swim drills to assist in your development. Work on efficient breathing and sighting in the pool. The purpose is to educate you to be confident enough to apply what you have learned either on your own or with the team at our next SharkPac workout.
For intermediate and advanced level swimmers, our coaches will work with you to fine tune your technique in all four strokes as well as with starts and turns. Triathletes will learn to perfect your freestyle before your next major race.
