Congrats to everyone who endured the hot temperatures up in Sonoma County yesterday. We had 6 out of 10 in the Top-20 in their age groups including two up on the podium (John Murphy, Ritch Viola). I would say that’s a pretty solid day. Special congrats to David Condon, Naomi Fliflet and Owen Gray for completing their first 1/2 Ironmans! BIG KUDOS also to Michela Hendricks (flat) and Alex Barros (broken rear derailleur) for overcoming additional challenges on the bike. Michela also took a slot to compete in the IM 70.3 World Championship in November. Nice!
