PacWest Athletics is excited to announce that it has been selected as the official training program for the inaugural CAF Back to Back Century Rides being held on August 20-21, 2011. This year’s event will stage from beautiful Cavallo Point at Fort Baker in Sausalito and venture through Marin and Sonoma Counties finishing in Rohnert Park the first day. Then the following morning, everyone will ride back via alternative routes to Sausalito and Cavallo Point.

There will be both full century as well as metric century options both days and will include full aid station and SAG (support and gear) vehicles the entire way.

PacWest is providing a comprehensive 12-week training plan along with leading three (3) informational clinics followed by a fully supported group ride once each month leading up to the event. Below is the clinic and ride schedule. The 12-week program official begins Monday, May 30th.
