Congratulations to Julie Knowles and Keith McDonald for their great performances at Ironman 70.3 Miami yesterday.

Julie wrapped up a great season of racing with an impressive 5:27:37 and a STRONG 9th place in her age group (F35-39). Top-10 Julie! Way to go!

Also racing with her was Coach Keith McDonald. This was Keith’s first 70.3 in a number of years and first race since badly fracturing his scapula early in the year riding. He held a steady, strong pace finishing in 6:26:51. Nice work coach!
