Great job to all of our members who supported their local Turkey Trot here in the Bay Area or back “home” wherever that may be. Some volunteered. Others ran or walked from start to the finish. Distances ranged from 5Ks all the way up to half marathons.

Special kudos to East Bay members Carmen and Noah Morrison (pictured above) who ran the Quarry Lakes Turkey Trot 5K down in Fremont on Saturday 26th. Noah was the overall 5K winner with a blazing 17:14. FYI, that’s a 5:33/mile pace folks. Both he and Carmen are now in their final taper week for Sunday’s California International Marathon. Good luck to both of them and all of our other members racing this weekend. (Oh, and thanks again for sending me the photo guys!)
