With the Holidays and those rich heavy meals and evil deserts behind us! Fight back and burn off those unwanted pounds by joining us for our 2012 Winter bootcamp season. Our 8-week begins the week of January 9 – 13.
PacWest BootCamp is held entirely outdoors. This 8-week total body workout will tone, condition and strengthen. Perfect for those who want to stay in shape and are looking for a gym alternative. Great cross-training for runners, cyclists, climbers, triathletes and even skiers! PacWest offers BootCamp programs throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
ATTENTION: We have expanded our ADVANCED BOOTCAMP and now offer a MORNING class in the Presidio and an EVENING class in the Marina District both on Mondays and Wednesdays.
