Congratulations to race team member Monica Moreno on her first place performance in her age group, Women’s 40-44, down at the Santa Barbara Long Course Triathlon Saturday.

Already a qualifier for the 2012 Ironman World Championship in October, Monica used the race as a perfect tune up in preparation for Kona. What’s even more impressive is she beat out the 2nd place competitor by nearly 4 minutes. She was 7th overall female including elites. Nice work Moreno!!
