Whether you’re new to running or a veteran endurance athlete, running healthy and strong are critical to your success on race day. Become a faster runner by becoming a more efficient runner.

Head coach Jay Ridgeway and staff have developed a comprehensive and insightful running form analysis program that will assist you in making necessary changes, large and small, in your body movement from head to toe. The purpose of these clinics are to teach proper running form the way our bodies were designed to do, a.k.a. “running naturally”.

These personal or small group (2-3) clinics will take an individual through a thorough breakdown of their current running form including a pre-drills video capture that will identify major and minor bio-mechanical flaws.

Natural running is a full body movement. Individuals will be asked to go through a series of drills in order to emphasize forefoot/mid-foot landing as well as overall body positioning.

The sessions are approximately 60-75 minutes in duration and include side-by-side critiquing of form with a coach running alongside you. All clinics will conclude with a final video capture of form post-drills. Full normal-speed capture with recorded slow motion video analysis will be provided via email shortly after to each client.

Courtesy follow up email and/or conference call provided. Additional refresher clinics available upon request.
