Get into Summer Shape by Getting PacWest Strong!

Now that our sunny, warm weather has finally arrived, it’s time to start showing off those super fit bodies, right?

OK, need a little or a lot of help getting there? PacWest’s CorePac program can help.

Unlike indoor, sweaty-smelling gyms, we train completely outdoors in some of the Bay Area’s most spectacular venues. Enjoy training with a like-minded group of participants and veteran instructor.

Our 8-week/16-workout Summer Season is designed to strengthen your functional core from head to toe while navigating you and your teammates through some of the coolest parts of the San Francisco Bay Area.

Unlike other 60-minute programs, our workouts are 75-minute long allowing for proper warm ups and cool downs with a solid hour of core exercise between.

Our Summer Season begins May 29-June 2 and continues through July 17-21.

Berkeley Evening Program
Mon/Wed 6:15-7:30 PM – Starts Wednesday /31 (No workout Memorial Day 5/29)
Meeting Location: PacWest office (5th @ Cedar Streets)

Berkeley Morning Program
Tue-Thu 6:00-7:15AM – Starts Tuesday 5/30
Meeting Locations: PacWest office (5th @ Cedar Streets)


South Marin Morning Program
Wed-Fri 6:00-7:15AM – Starts Wednesday 5/31
Meeting Locations: Mill Valley Middle School/Bay Front Park, Le Garage Bistro, Corte Madera Town Park, Marin Headlands, Sausalito Bank of America


Downtown SF Evening Program
Mon-Wed 6:00-7:15PM – Starts Wednesday 5/31 (No workout Memorial Day 5/29)
Meeting Location: Sydney Walton Square (Front St. @ Pacific Ave)


Program Registration
$220 – New Participant (First time) ($13.75/workout)
$200 – Returning Participant ($12.50/workout)
$180 – PacWest Annual Member* ($11.25/workout)
