NEW PacWest Performance Cycle Program

PacWest is excited to announce the launch of our NEW PacWest-KICKR Studio Performance Cycle Program in October!

Come join us at our new training facility inside the Ed Roberts Campus building located directly across from the Ashby BART Station.

Our program features Wahoo Fitness’ industry-leading KICKR smart trainers and their innovative KICKR Studio wireless multi-rider system. All riders will train using their FTP (functional threshold power) as well as track heart rate, cadence and calories burned. Individual results are emailed immediately following the conclusion of each workout.

Results Data Emailed*:

  • Average power in watts
  • Average cadence in RPM
  • Total distance in miles
  • Total calories burned
  • Average heart rate in BPM

* You also receive your complete .fit file as an attachment. Future software enhancement is coming to automatically upload to your TrainingPeaks.com account.

Soft Launch October Schedule

For the month of October, we are offering classes on Tuesday and Thursday early mornings. Classes are 6:00-7:15am and accommodate up to 16 riders. Then beginning Tuesday 10/31 and Thursday 11/2, we will expand to two morning classes: 5:45-7:00am followed by 7:15-8:30am.

Our program grand opening is schedule Sunday, October 29. More details about the event will be announced soon.

Special $99 Introductory Offer

Your first drop in class is FREE.

Then if you like the program, we are offering for a limited time* a special $99 introductory package for six (6) classes.

Package additionally includes group test to determine your FTP number#, free bike fit and equipment check.

To secure a spot in an upcoming class, please first purchase the $99 package below then reserve your station via our PacWest KICKR Studio web portal.

* Introductory package classes must be used before December 31, 2017.

Program Details:

  • This is a bring your own bike program*. No valet bike storage services available.
  • Need ANT+ capable heart rate sensor with strap. Wahoo Fitness TICKR HR monitors available for purchase.
  • Need ANT+ capable cadence sensor on bike. Wahoo Fitness RPM Cadence sensors available for purchase.
  • Bike tire pump available in studio.
  • Extra tubes and tires available for purchase in case of flats during workouts.
  • There are large public restrooms available but no shower facilities available.
  • Limited sweat towel service is available but recommended you bring additional towels.
  • Public drinking fountains located in building.
