
CyclePac is our year-round cycle program. During the year our members train for a number of challenging events or simply ride for fun and health. Our seasonal training programs consist of 12-week detailed plans that focus primarily on single-day centuries, double centuries or multi-day bike tour events. Our athletes are mostly beginner to intermediate level rides when they start with us. During the course of the training program, everyone goes through a series of instructional hands-on clinics and workouts that quickly teach them how to be better educated and safe cyclists.
Each registered seasonal program participant is setup with a TrainingPeaks.com account and provided a detailed training plan specifically designed for their featured event. On-line features include personal training log, nutrition tracker, reporting w/graphics, GPS/training device uploading, internal messaging with coaches and team message board. The program provides two scheduled group rides each week: one week night and one long weekend ride. Workouts are available to participants in key regions throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
