Beginners, veterans, even professionals, all need an experienced, certified coach to help them to train smart and achieve their race goals.
The PacWest eCoaching Program is designed for serious individuals who are seeking valuable guidance from one of PacWest’s veteran coaches. Our staff of certified coaches are here to help you prepare for one of the following endurance sports.
Cycling – Athlete development for competitive cycling
Running – Half & full marathons, Boston & NYC qualifying and racing, ultra-distances
Triathlon – Olympic, long course, IM 5150/70.3, national & world championships

This comprehensive program is designed to put you directly in touch with your coach. You both work together to identify your strengths as well as weaknesses and develop a customized training plan that targets your training and race goals. Weekly communications and face to face discussions at group workouts are available for those in PacWest training regions. For those located ‘remotely’, your coach will aid you with staying on track via regular phone conversations and email communications.
The program is a minimum four (4) commitment to insure you are fully prepared come race day. For those coming to us without significant race experience or a solid base of fitness, we recommend six (6) months.
