BIG CONGRATULATIONS to our six (6) PacWest members who successfully conquered the 2011 New York City Marathon Sunday. We had some impressive performances including two first time marathoners – Nichole Herttua and Trisha Hildreth. Both ran strong and steady finishing in 4:30 and 4:31 respectively. Nice!

Fresh off of her impressive Top-20 age group finish at the 2011 Ironman World Championship last month, Monica Moreno, piggy backed off of her peak fitness and crushed the flat but windy course at Ironman Florida in Panama City Beach Saturday. Monica was the 7th overall female with a time of 10:28:44. She was 2nd in her age group (F40-44) and earned PacWest’s first coveted Kona slot for the 2012 Ironman World Championship next ...
