Advanced Level – Total Body Conditioning
Our 8-week Advanced- Level BootCamp is designed to push to you to your limits both physically and mentally. Like our standard program, you will focus on your “core” but the difference will be an increase in both plyometric exercises (jumps, explosive movements) and cardiovascular fitness (running, sprints, hill repeats, stairs, etc).
(Additional Equipment Required) This program requires each participant to bring your own medicine ball (6 to 8 lbs) to class. Resistance bands are provided by PacWest instructor.
PacWest BootCamps are held entirely outdoors, rain or shine! Our motto is “there is no such thing as bad weather just poor choice of clothing”.
