VOTED “HARDEST WORKOUT CLASS IN NORCAL” BY COMPETITOR MAGAZINE READERS!

Our 2012 SUMMER SEASON begins the week of May 28-June 1.

Total Body Conditioning
The focus of our 8-week BootCamp is to tone, condition and strengthen the core (abs & lower back) while providing a total body workout. PacWest BootCamps are held entirely outdoors, rain or shine! Perfect for those who want to stay in shape, enjoy the outdoors and looking for a gym alternative.

Participants are provided with a resistance band or other equipment depending on the scripted workout that day. Participants in our advanced level programs are required to bring their own medicine ball. Every program is mobile by which the group is constantly stopping to performance exercises and then moving again in and around its designated workout venue. Workouts occur rain or shine.
